Grace Digital is a studio born out of the Helpline Ministries. Tirunelveli is a place where there is plenty of talents. Though an individual need to produce audio songs, they ought to travel a long distance for eg. to Tuticorin or Nagercoil or Madurai or Chennai. Because of this need a digital studio is much felt.
In the year 1998 VFC Vision For Christ started its work of dubbing the video film “Candle in the dark”. All the dubbing artists gave their valuable time free of cost. So it was decided to dub the Film in TVL itself. But without a Digital studio how its possible? This led us to buy the Digital recording setup.
In the beginning the wooden door in between two rooms was replaced by a glass door to work as a studio and a control room. The first recording was done for the Guides ( Saranar Eyakkam). After this many song recordings were done in this primitive setup. This primitive studio was much used even by the professional tv programs (Jolly Time of Jesus Reedems). We also had the privilege of producing the title song for All India Radio for the Children broadcasting Day. On that day, all the announcement were given by the Children only. The first sound & light program was on the Life history of Job, for the Sarah Tucker College.
